Turnkey Home Installation Process


Step 1: Pre-Qualification Survey

Once you have been invited to begin the sales process, you will need to apply for credit. Once your credit is approved, you will receive an email with a link to begin the online pre-qualification survey process. The survey asks basic questions about the desired location of the charging station and the home’s electrical system. A Leviton representative will contact the customer to arrange an onsite survey.


Step 2: Onsite Survey

The Preferred certified installer evaluates the feedback from the pre-qualification survey and visits the Honda Fit EV customer’s home to conduct an onsite assessment and to review best-suited charging options.


Step 3: Quote

Based upon the onsite survey, Leviton prepares an installation and permitting quote for the charging options selected. Leviton contacts the customer with a quote within three business days of the site survey.


Step 4: Installation

The Preferred certified installer will obtain the necessary permits. Once permits have been received, the Preferred certified installer will install the charging station, consistent with local ordinances. The Preferred certified installer will also show the customer how the charging station operates and supply the charging station serial number to Leviton for warranty purposes.


Ongoing Support

Once installation is complete, Leviton will contact the customer to answer any questions regarding their charging station or charging station installation.
